Unlike other short-term letting agencies, all services required are included in our fixed management fee.
We do not charge additional or hidden fees for check-in and checkout services, laundry, amenities, welcome gifts, after hours call out services to guests, maintenance facilitation, listing optimisation, professional outsourced photography and more.

- Meticulous verification of every guest who books your property.
- Meeting every guest in person (unless otherwise preferred).

We optimise every listing for maximum profitability, with the help of AI technology systems and our management staff.
Bespoke Letting is in partnership with several leading short-term letting software, AI systems and web platforms including Pricelabs, Uplisting, Remotelock, Properly & Property24 to name but a few.
These systems are actively monitored by our management team daily (nightly rates are updated daily at midnight) to ensure maximum profitability in high demand periods and maximum occupancy in low season.
Access to listing sites
You will always have viewing access to your investment properties, giving you direct access to view confirmed bookings at any given time.
Unlimited use of your property without penalties or fees
Unlike other short-term letting agents who charge owners a fee or penalty for the personal use of their properties in order to make up for their lost income, Bespoke Letting does not charge or penalise, nor do we impose any limitations on when you can use your property.
Quality services to guests
We strive to retain our Superhost status and good rating from positive guest reviews and feedback by offering the following services to guests at no charge to our owners. We offer in-person check-in and checkouts to all guests, giving them the Bespoke service they deserve. The majority of our established listings are earmarked as "Guest Favourite" properties on stakeholder platforms.
